Annex I: Information Exchange on Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Technologies and Programmes
Annex I is a time-saving and cost-efficient way for experts to learn about the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) development, situation and experiences of other countries. Annex I meetings are usually held in conjunction with IA HEV Executive Committee Meetings. Annex I participants are Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States. Experts from non-IEA-member countries are welcome to participate in Annex I meetings as observers.
The Operating Agent responsible for coordination of Annex I work is Chris Saricks at Argonne National Laboratory.
